Referral from your General Practitioner
Your GP may be able to refer you under a mental health care plan if you qualify. If you provide this referral, you may be eligible for rebate of up to 10 sessions under Medicare

If you are a self-funded or have a disability service managing and supporting your plan, you may be able to claim services back
